I walk and lift weights is about all I can do. I did Pilates in my younger days but after menopause, osteoarthritis, osteopenia and cancer (now in remission) I stick to brisk walks which leaves me in knee pain for two days, then I walk again and rest two days due to the pain. Taking calcium with K, bone broth soup with collagen which seems to help. Lots of veggies, very low to non existent carbs and all grass fed protein sources. But again, watching some of your exercise videos, my knees and back feel the pain. Lol!
