Abs workout for women that you can do at home! All you need is a resistance band, a foam roller and a yoga mat.

Try this workout to tone up your abs and feel them burn.

HOW TO COMPLETE THE CIRCUIT

  • Do each exercise for 45 seconds without any rest.
  • Don’t forget to do the first exercise on both sides :)
  • Complete 3 rounds in total.

1. SIDE PLANK CLAMSHELL

Resistance training like this one here is amazing and it will help you tone your abs for sure. But if have extra belly fat you first need to reduce your overall body fat.
