Cellulite affects lots of us. So you are not alone! Exercise could be one of the ways to help prevent cellulite.

Since I got many requests on my Instagram, I’ve included resistance bands to target those back thigh cellulite! Don’t hesitate to give it a try and let me know your thoughts :)

How to Do the Circuit

  • Do each exercise for 45 seconds, with minimal rest.
  • Complete 3 rounds in total
