They’re filled with rich chocolate flavor and topped with a smooth, healthy ganache. Enjoy them for breakfast or as a sweet snack anytime. These muffins are delicious and a great way to satisfy your chocolate cravings while keeping things healthy!
Ingredients (Muffins)
- 3 ripe bananas
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup buckwheat flour
- 1/2 cup chocolate protein
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp baking powder
Ingredients (Icing)
- 1/2 avocado
- 3 tbsp. cacao powder
- 3 tbsp. honey
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Blend all muffin ingredients in a food processor.
- Pour muffin mixture into silicon muffin moulds or paper muffin cases.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until cooked through.
- Combine all icing ingredients in a bowl and mix with a hand blender until smooth.
- Allow muffins to cool before icing.
