It's okay to eat for maintenance and not apply a calorie deficit. If you feel hungry easily, try consuming your food in small portions and more frequently. It would help to keep you full.

Ramadan is actually a month in the Muslim/ hijra calendar when there’s obligatory fasting(abstaining from food, water etc); from dawn till dusk(for 29/30 days),mandatory for all Muslims in the world . It’s few weeks away. What is your advice for mesomorphs like me,i follow Rachael’s advice for mesomorphs and I feel hungry more often than before…worried I might hurt my metabolism during Ramadan(we eat at dawn and dusk during the month) but I’m not eating at a low deficit anymore to fill up. I need your opinion so I wouldn’t crash on low metabolism. I love you rachael, it’ll be great if you can write up on fitness and “Ramadan” with tips to have a good metabolism back and forth. I hope I made sense with my long comment.
