Right now, my body state in terms of aesthetics is skinny fat but would like to tone up a lot more. How should I go on about my goal? My butt goals are to only grow them & not my legs, which grow first & my upper body is quite “fleshy.” I’ve taken your advice & have been doing full-body pilates workouts 6x a week, with an additional 3x being cardio & 3x being glute-focused. I’m also trying to always hit the 10k step mark. Thank you

Hi lovely, we highly recommend doing resistance training 3-4 times a week and cardio for 4 to 5 times a week as well <3
