HIGH CARB DIET

The ectomorph body type does best on
a higher carb diet (yay!). You are the
only body type that can eat high carb
and not gain weight, so embrace it.

WHEN TO EAT FAT & PROTEIN

Your body still needs fat and protein to
function efficiently. For your ectomorph
body type, try to include a small
amount of fat and protein in each meal
and snack.

Workout tips!

YOU CAN LIFT

Ectomorphs can handle a mix of heavy
lifting, high-intensity interval training
(HIIT) and other resistance training
workouts, without getting too muscular.

CARDIO IS OPTIONAL

Cardio is not 100% necessary (unless you love it of course!). If you are trying to get rid of excess fat, add in some regular cardio such as walking and running.
