I think running has not been helping reduce thigh size. If I stop running altogether and just walk, will it help reduce the bulky muscle? And also, running is good cardio for the heart. I dont think power walking raises the heart rate enough. So should I be cutting running out altogether? And also, if no, how much and how often should I run?
