I’m currently following the LL1 Program and I was wondering if the power walk every morning is necessary? I don’t have time to do a walk during the weekdays.

If I’m being honest, I probably get quite close to 10k steps every day.

Power walking 5-6x a week can definitely help slim down your legs but we highly recommend that you incorporate the right resistance workouts for your body type and adjust your diet for weight loss in order to get the best and fastest results.
