Thanks for reaching out! We don’t typically recommend swimming as it can often lead to building muscle in the legs, which may not align with your goal of leaning out. While running can give you that cardio high, it tends to primarily burn carbohydrates, which might not help you stay in that fat-burning zone. That’s why incorporating some low-intensity steady state (LISS) cardio, like a gentle 60-minute walk every day, can be super effective. It’s all about how well your workouts align with your goals. A regular walk can help keep you in the fat-burning zone without putting on unnecessary bulk.

It sounds like you might be a pear shaped endomorph. In your case, I would recommend addig plenty of low intensity cardio (power walking on a flat surface to be precise), low carb diet usually work great for women with your body type and of course, adding body weight resistance training that doesn’t include squats, lunges and similar exercises that heavily traget your quads.

Hi lovely, Rachael recommends power walking for 30-45 minutes 3-4 times a week and doing resistance training for 3-4 times a week as well. Just make sure you are also in a slight calorie deficit and eating clean as well to ensure you get the best optimized results <3
