Walking and yoga are great, but it would be the best if you combined these workouts with resistance training.

I eat my last meal at 8 in the evening and i have my breakfast the next day at 10 10.30.. my next meal again is at 8 in the evening..
I can not loose those last 4 pounds to reach my weight goal..
I workout 30 minutes a day, walk or yoga..
I am wondering if i am doing something wrong?
