This ab workout targets your lower abs and inner core. It requires very little equipment so you can do it practically everywhere.

No excuses, my lovelies! :)

I use a gliding disc for this ab workout and I’ll put the link to the gliding discs that I use below. If you don’t have gliding discs, you can just use small towels or paper plates.

HOW TO COMPLETE THE WORKOUT

  • For this ab workout, complete each exercise for 30 seconds, then take a 30 second rest.
  • Complete 3 rounds in total.
