I’ve been working out like a man and lifting heavy for over 5 years. Although I’ve been working out and exercising really hard, I’m struggling to lose fat. After reading your blog posts, I realized I’m probably lifting way too heavier than I should, which made me bulk and big (with excessive fat..).

Besides training, my diet has been ok most of the time because I learned it from a bodybuilder about what and how should I eat. However, due to stress-eating and binge eating, I put on 15 kg last year and I tried really hard to lose it. To lose it quicker, I did juice-fasting for around 3 months. It worked well in the first month but I didn’t see results after 3 months, so I stopped fasting and back to my low-carbs and high-protein diet for another 3 months.

Until now, I worked out really hard (6-7 times weight lifting + 5 times jogging) but I don’t see ANY progress… My upper+lower body now is packed with big muscles and a thick layer of fat. I look big overall…

Recently, I came across with your blog and keep reading your posts. I learned that I might be harmed my body and lost the ability to lose fat with the fast… In my case, I am wondering if LL1 and LL2 would help me to lose both fat and muscles overall my body but not just legs?

Alternatively, what other of your programs would you recommend me?
