time to consume carbs, whether it be morning or evening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-how-many-carbs-should-an-endomorph-eat\">HOW MANY CARBS SHOULD AN ENDOMORPH EAT?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Because your body does better on a low carbohydrate diet, I would suggest the following macronutrient breakdown:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>20-25% as I mentioned above, at least  5 times per week for 45 minutes per walk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Also, I&#8217;ve written <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.rachaelattard.com\/how-to-get-skinny-legs-cardio-for-lean-legs\/\" target=\"_blank\">a very detailed blog post<\/a> on why you should most definitely incorporate walking into your workout routine if you want to slim down your legs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-is-running-good-for-endomorphs\"><strong>Is Running Good For Endomorphs?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>You should combine low-intensity cardio (walking) with at least 2-3 days of moderate-high intensity cardio only. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Running at a steady pace and on a flat surface&nbsp;will work best for your body type and will help you achieve fat loss in your lower body and slim down your legs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the best results, I suggest you give <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rachaelattard.com\/is-fasted-cardio-good-for-you\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">fasted cardio<\/a> a try.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Some endomorph women (especially if you are shorter) can <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rachaelattard.com\/why-are-my-legs-getting-bigger-from-running\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">get bigger legs from running<\/a> because running, of course, builds some muscle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you know this is the case for you or if you are shorter, it might be best to avoid running and stick to power walking instead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-how-many-rest-days-per-week-should-enfomorphs-take\">HOW MANY REST DAYS PER WEEK SHOULD ENFOMORPHS TAKE?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>You should have at least one rest day. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rest is very important to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.womenshealthmag.com\/uk\/fitness\/a705624\/when-to-take-a-rest-day\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">help your body recover<\/a> and prevent injury. If this program is too much, start out with a less intense program and work your way up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Don\u2019t get discouraged if you don\u2019t see immediate results. It will take you longer to see a difference, but you just need to persist!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your legs will probably be the last place that you see any weight loss (this is normal for most females), so if you\u2019re seeing fat loss in your upper body and stomach, then keep going!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That means you\u2019re on the right track to getting rid of that stubborn fat on your legs!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Everyone is different, but it may take up to 8 weeks to see any noticeable difference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So, my lovelies, there you have it &#8211; how to get lean legs &#8211; endomorph female tips.
