And that makes sense since women tend to store most fat in hips and thigs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It can be very difficult for us to slim down thighs and many of you have told me that workouts that you\u2019ve previously done only made things worse, especially if you&#8217;re lifting heavy. Since I know how many of you are struggling with this, I decided to show you some of these easy and quick thigh workout for women which you can do at home<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is a great thigh workout for women which can help you slim down both your inner and outer thighs.
