She tries to pick movie roles that feel authentic to her, and she also styles and takes care of herself in ways that reflect her values.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here\u2019s more about Jessica\u2019s diet and workout routine:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Jessica Chastain Diet<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Jessica <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=yM03EpfIMCg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">became a vegan<\/a> in her 20s just like <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rachaelattard.com\/ariana-grande-diet-workout-routine\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Ariana Grande&#8217;s diet<\/a> she chose to become one for health reasons. At the time, she was experiencing high cholesterol, and she wanted to avoid taking medication for it. As a result, she started looking into her diet. She never imagined she would become a vegan, but she felt like her body\u2019s needs were leading her to the diet.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jessica realized that the shellfish she loved eating was high in cholesterol, so she cut that out and started to examine other parts of her diet too. She says she feels and looks better (especially her skin!) after making the switch. Jessica even convinced her mom to join her as a vegan. Now, her mom owns a vegan food truck!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She enjoys cooking. Although she wouldn\u2019t call herself an expert at it, she has been trained as a chef at the Natural Gourmet Institute in New York! She makes her own using cauliflower as tempura and serves them with pickled shallots and an edamame sauce. She streamed them with her grandma, and they kept each other accountable by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=qOzrvRKBkLg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">doing the workout<\/a> together every morning. How sweet!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A class with Isaac will often include leg raises, arm circles, jumping jacks, crunches, bridges, and leg extensions.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jessica also shared her at-home lower body and core routine on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/CC8vTt4huYY\/?utm_medium=share_sheet\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Instagram<\/a>.
