Tell us a bit about yourself and what is your previous experience with fitness?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tash: <\/strong>When I was a teenager I did ballet and dance, not too excessively. But when I went to university, that stopped and I wasn\u2019t taking care of myself. When I started working I was busy again, so exercise was very sporadic, I did some kickboxing, belly dancing. I would exercise sometimes but then I would go back to not exercising again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That changed at the end of 2020 and I started exercising every day, and I\u2019ve been doing it since then. I started with 15min a day, but over time I\u2019ve been able to add a little bit more and now it\u2019s part of my lifestyle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rachaelattard.com\/cycling-dancing-barre-make-legs-bigger\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">RELATED POST: Will These Exercises Make My Legs Bigger?<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Why did you start working out at home?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tash: <\/strong>Most of the time before I would go to a gym or a lot of dance classes, but when the pandemic started, there were more options to work out at home and I love it since it saves so much time and it\u2019s convenient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. How did you find out about Rachael and what made you want to try Rachael\u2019s programs? <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tash: <\/strong>A long time ago somewhere on social media I was looking at exercise stuff, and on a post someone commented and mentioned her program. So I started following Rachael on Instagram and I followed for a long time and then decided to actually buy the programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rachaelattard.com\/female-guide-how-to-get-lean-and-not-bulky-skinny-legs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">RELATED POST: The Female Guide On How To Get Lean And Not Bulky<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. How many rounds have you completed?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tash: <\/strong>I completed each program once, one after the other. What would you say is your absolute favourite part of the G.A.L. program?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tash: <\/strong>I think I particularly like anything that involves the resistance band. I would recommend the program and the style of workout to others, it\u2019s low impact and it was enjoyable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Did you do cardio?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tash: <\/strong>I walked 6k every morning and I ran 3 times a week and I did swimming as well.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rachaelattard.com\/how-to-get-skinny-legs-cardio-for-lean-legs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">RELATED POST: Why You Need Cardio For Lean Legs<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7. If you could, share some struggles with the program, and how did you overcome it?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tash: <\/strong>I think the biggest struggle was walking every morning. It&#8217;s very hot here so I can\u2019t do it outside. So I do the walking on the treadmill but it gets very monotonous sometimes, so I watch shows, listen to podcasts and learn languages<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I also don\u2019t like running so that was quite difficult to get myself to do, but I never pushed myself really hard so if I wasn\u2019t feeling fantastic I would do just a slow jog.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rachaelattard.com\/female-guide-how-to-get-lean-and-not-bulky-skinny-legs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">RELATED POST: The Female Guide On How To Get Lean And Not Bulky<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>8. What is a successful result for you?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tash: <\/strong>Previously I used to be very much focused on kilograms and how I look. That is still important to me but I am very happy that it\u2019s part of my life, that I regularly do and enjoy exercise. I noticed improvements in flexibility and strength and that is more important to me now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I also think it was interesting that I got results without changing my diet and I wouldn\u2019t say I ate particularly well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>9. How do you keep yourself so motivated?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tash: <\/strong>I started seeing exercise as something not like a punishment but something as a treat. I&#8217;m doing this for me now, something I\u2019m doing to improve myself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And I always keep in mind two aspects, physical and mental health as well as how it\u2019s preventative against aging and stress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rachaelattard.com\/how-to-stay-motivated\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">RELATED POST: How To Stay Motivated<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>10.
