Many of us spend a good part of our week stressing about one thing or another, whether it be work, school, family, friend related or even something else. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Short-term stress can be good for you sometimes, when it helps you get through obstacles or get out of bad situations. However if it keeps going for longer, then the effects of stress can have a serious impact on your life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stress can cause:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Weight gain<\/li><li>Digestive issues<\/li><li>Breathing issues<\/li><li>Heart problems, etc.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stress can&#8217;t be totally eliminated from our lives, but you can do some things to reduce it and manage it!
