Saddlebags are commonly a problem area for women who tend to store fat in their lower abdomen and upper thighs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are several reasons why you may have saddlebags which include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Muscle atrophy, especially if you are sedentary most of the day<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hormonal imbalances which can cause weight gain and loss in different areas of the body<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Genetics, but it doesn&#8217;t mean you still can&#8217;t reduce them<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It&#8217;s a quick and fun saddlebags workout can be done anywhere.
