And if your goal is to strengthen and grow your muscles, then this will work for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But if you&#8217;re looking for more lean muscles, then you should avoid lifting heavy as that will certainly lead to unwanted muscle bulk. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To tone your arms (and your entire body) you need to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Do cardio<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Don&#8217;t skip resistance training<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make sure you&#8217;re eating a healthy diet<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>As we mentioned above, you shouldn&#8217;t skip resistance training. You should be sticking to&nbsp;bodyweight resistance training or low-weight, high-repetition workouts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Just keep an eye out that none of the exercises you are doing are growing your muscles.
