What was your fitness routine before you started the program? What made you change it?<\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mia:<\/strong> I&#8217;ve started working out after I had my baby. I followed your Lean Legs 1 program first but I now moved to the Lean Legs 2 Program. Since becoming a mum, I find that the Lean Legs 2 format (30min workouts) is more achievable for me. :)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rachaelattard.com\/postpartum-workout\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">RELATED POST: Postpartum Workout &#8211; 20min Workout<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>2. How did you find out about the Lean Legs 2 Program?<\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mia: <\/strong>I&#8217;ve been a fan for years! I found you on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/rachael_attard\/?hl=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Instagram<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>3. When did you first start seeing results? How did you feel when you noticed those first results?<\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mia: <\/strong>I felt stronger after week 4 but I didn&#8217;t see changes until after I finished the program and my muscles rested. I&#8217;m tighter around my tummy and upper thighs. What was your absolute favourite part of the program and why?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mia: <\/strong>I actually loved feel sore and tired. And I&#8217;m proud for not giving up! I just promised myself that I would finish it the program and see if I liked the results (and I have!). I felt so much stronger after too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. How did you feel after finishing the program? What are your goals for the future?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mia: <\/strong>I felt great. I will incorporate it as part of my lifestyle instead of following it again to the tee. I do resistance training 3 times a week and walk as much as I can daily. :)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. How many rounds of the Lean Legs Program 2 did you do? Would you recommend the program to your friends? Why? What makes it stand out?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mia: <\/strong>Quick and manageable at home! You exercise for 30 mins, 3-4 times a week is such a short amount of time but it really made a difference!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>I think a lot of moms can relate to Mia&#8217;s inspirational journey becoming a mother and also prioritizing your own health. Being a mum myself, I know how hard it is to look after your little one\/s full time, and also find time for yourself.
