It is beyond motivating and reminds us that hard work pays off!&#8221; <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>In this interview, we&#8217;ve learned about the journey of 39 y\/o Chaya. She is based in Switzerland and she completed 2 rounds of our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rachaelattard.com\/skinny-legs-ebook\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> Lean Legs 1 Program<\/a><\/em> <em>after realizing she got too bulky for her liking by lifting weights<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>I really hope you enjoy reading about her journey and feel just as inspired by her as we are :)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>CHAYA&#8217;S REVIEW OF THE LEAN LEGS 1 PROGRAM<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"text-transform:uppercase\"><strong>1. Can you tell us a bit about yourself?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CHAYA:&nbsp;<\/strong>Hi, my name is Chaya, and I\u2019m from Z\u00fcrich, Switzerland. I\u2019m 39 years old and work as a marketing manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I\u2019ve been into fitness for more than a year. I was always skinny, but over the years, I gained some weight and became skinny fat. It was time to do something about that. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>First, I started with running, and then I tried the 12-3-30 method for a couple of weeks. Not seeing the results I wanted, I switched to heavy weight lifting for 5 months. However, my legs became very bulky, and I didn\u2019t feel good in my body. At that time, my weight was 60 kg. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Feeling kind of desperate, I looked for a solution to get slimmer legs and lower body fat. That\u2019s when I found Rachel&#8217;s Lean Legs program in February this year. My body started transforming quickly. The quick progress I saw kept me motivated. Thanks to the program, I learned what my body type was. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Also, I started to eat right (80\/20) and the right amount to see quick results. I counted calories but stopped and now listen to my body and its needs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thanks to Narelle and Rachel, I got into the best shape of my life :) <br>By now, I have completed two rounds of LLP1 and reached my goals (slimming down my legs and toning up my body) thanks to that :) Today I am 5 kg down and started this week with LLP2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I finally feel great in my body! Did you know your body type before starting our program? Did finding out your body type changed your fitness routine?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CHAYA<\/strong>: No, I didn\u2019t know my body type before the program. And yes it really changed my fitness routine finding out my body type :)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"text-transform:uppercase\"><strong>3. What was your fitness routine before you started the program? What made you change it?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CHAYA:<\/strong> I got bulky after lifting heavy weights. WHAT is your diet like? Can you tell us what you typically eat in a day?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CHAYA: <\/strong>I\u2018m vegan and I love to eat healthy. I follow the 80-20 rule. The times calorie counting are over and no more struggle with \u201ebad\u201c food. I usually have a protein banana shake for breakfast. For lunch\/dinner I have most of the time vegetables, tofu and whole grains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rachaelattard.com\/why-i-follow-the-80-20-rule-healthy-eating\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">RELATED POST: HEALTHY EATING &#8211; 80-20 RULE<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"text-transform:uppercase\"><strong>5. When did you first start seeing results and how did you feel?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>After 4 weeks I start seeing results and it motivated me to go all in :)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"text-transform:uppercase\"><strong>6. What was your absolute favorite part of the program and why?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CHAYA:<\/strong>&nbsp;I loved the way Narelle and Rach kept me motivated through the program.
