This is a healthier version of your typical store-bought protein bars, and it&#8217;s super easy to make. You&#8217;ll need only six ingredients, and it will take you no more than 10 minutes (plus putting them for 2 hours in the fridge).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can jump straight to the recipe by clicking Healthy Protein Bars Recipe from the Table of Contents. ;)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I often make these because they are tasty (even my 3 y\/o loves them!) and they are also a great way of adding more protein to your diet. I try to eat around 30 grams of protein per meal since it helps me stay healthy and recover my muscles quicker after exercising (super important when you are a PT). I&#8217;m not sure if you know this, but <a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/32768415\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">eating enough protein will also help regulate your appetite<\/a>. I also recommend it for anyone looking to lose extra body fat. microwave or over the stove (I used the microwave because it&#8217;s quicker and less clean up!)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add protein powder and coconut&nbsp;flour and mix<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Press into a lined loaf tin<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Melt chocolate and pour over the top<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sprinkle with flaky sea salt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Put in the fridge for 2 hours to set<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n<div
