We just closed our old platform and transitioned to our new Femme Nativa app!

Can we please ask you to register for our app with the emailΒ you used to purchase your program? You will need a new login, your old login will not work on the new app but as soon as you register, your programs will be waiting for you there. :)

ABOUT PROGRAMS

How will I access the program?

You will access the program through our Femme Nativa app. Download the app on the App store on Iphone, create an account, and you will see your program under β€œPrograms”.

You can also access the program through the login section on our website if you’re a desktop or Android user (our team is working very hard to get the app on the Google Play Store too, so please be patient with us!).

You will have lifetime access to your program.

I don’t use the app, can I still access your programs on your platform?

Yes, you can! All programs are available on our desktop version. You will just need to create an account, and then you can access your program there.

What does the Lean Legs Program 1 include?

The Lean Legs Program 1 is an 8 week workout program. All workouts are in full length video format, done with our trainers Narelle and Rachael.

They do the workouts with you from start to finish. There are 4 workouts per week, and all workouts are around 30-45 minutes long.

What does the Lean Legs Program 2 include?

The Lean Legs Program 2 is an 8 week workout program. All workouts are in full length video format, done with our trainer Rachael.

She does the workout with you from start to finish. There are 4 workouts per week, and all workouts are around 30 minutes long.

What does the GAL Program include?

The GAL Program is an 8 week workout program. All workouts are in full length video format, filmed in a studio with voiceovers, with our amazing trainers Jennie, Sally and Dijana.

They do the workouts with you from start to finish. There are 4 workouts per week, and all workouts are around 30-45 minutes long. 

What is the difference between LLP1, LLP2 and GAL?

LLP1:

  • Led by Narelle and Rachael
  • Workout are around 30-45 minutes
  • Workouts are more suitable for beginner to intermediate fitness levels
  • All workouts are from the original 3 Steps to Lean Legs eBook
  • Beginner

LLP2:

  • Led by Rachael
  • All workouts are under 30 minutes
  • More challenging workouts with new exercises
  • The addition of resistance band and light dumbbells
  • Improved quality of video and audio
  • Intermediate to advanced

GAL:

  • Led by Sally, Jennie and Dijana
  • All workouts are filmed in a studio with voice over by Rachael
  • Workouts are focused on toning your legs, booty and abs
  • All workouts are 30-45 minutes
  • Intermediate to advanced

Can I do Lean Legs Program 2 if I haven’t done Lean Legs Program 1?

Yes! You can do LLP2 if you haven’t done LLP1. LLP2 has shorter, but more challenging workouts.

LLP1 is done by trainers Rachael and Narelle, and LLP2 is done with trainer Rachael.

Can I still purchase your ebook program?

The 3 Steps To Lean Legs ebook is no longer available for purchase. However, the workouts from the eBook are available in full length video format in the LL1 Program.

And the cardio guide, workout schedule and meal plans can be purchased with the Next Level You and Ultimate VIP Packages. These will then be delivered via the app instead of PDF format.

Is there a bundle of LLP1 and LLP2 that I can purchase at a discounted price?

Right now, we don’t have any bundles available for Lean Legs Program 1 and Lean Legs Program 2 but we have several packages that you can choose from.

I am an old customer, do I get access to your LLP2/app?

The Lean Legs Program 2 is a different program so in order to access it, you would need to purchase it separately. Once you do, it will be available on the app and desktop through the login section of our website :)

Access to all of the app features will depend on which package you buy.

What is the difference between the packages?

The Healthy Start package includes one program of your choice (LLP1, LLP2, GAL) and lifetime access to it.

You will also receive free features on the app:

  • Full community access with our amazing tribe
  • Tracking features to upload your progress
  • A 7-day free weight loss meal plan
  • Lean Legs Challenge

Please note that you won’t get paid features to the app which come with a subscription such as challenges, workout library, and at-home cardio workouts. 


The Next Level You package comes with one program of your choice and:

  • A workout schedule
  • Cardio guidelines
  • 8-week meal plans with recipes (both vegan and non-vegan)

You get lifetime access to all of these. You will also get 3-month access to the app with all its features.

The last package is the Ultimate VIP package and it includes everything from the Next Level Your package, plus:

  • 12-month access to the app and its paid features
  • Exclusive discounts for the upcoming programs
  • 8-week meal plans with recipes (both vegan and non-vegan)
  • Deep-dive educational videos with Rachael on these 4 topics – how to lose fat and cellulite from the stubborn areas, motivation and how to work out consistently, intuitive eating, and weight loss plateaus

ABOUT NUTRITION

Does the App include a nutrition plan?

If you get our Next Level You package or Ultimate VIP package, you will have our nutrition plans, recipes and guides for all 3 body types.

The nutrition plan is gluten, dairy and refined sugar free, and it has been tailored for weight loss.

Can I follow the nutrition plan if I’m vegan or have allergies?

The nutrition plan has not been tailored for vegans / vegetarians or people with allergies. However, the recipes are easy to modify.

ABOUT PAYMENTS

How can I pay for your program? 

You can pay for the Lean Legs Program by PayPal or credit / debit card. 

We do not offer payment plans. 

What if I pay and don’t receive it?

If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder. If you still don’t receive it, please email us at hello@femmenativa.com and we will send it to you ASAP.

What will happen after my subscription expires?

After your subscription expires, you will still be able to access your program, as well as any other products you purchased, and all of the free app features.

GENERAL QUESTIONS

Does the program work on iPhones and Androids?

Yes, the program will work on your iPhone or Android phone.

I already have one of your programs, can I see it on the app?

You won’t be able to see the program you previously purchased on the app yet. But our team is working really hard on it, so this option should be available very soon.

Until then, you can access your programs via the platform you have been using.

I bought the wrong video program. I wanted to buy LL1 but I bought LL2. Can I exchange them?

Yes, you can swap them. We have refunded your LL2 purchase so you will no longer be able to see it on the app. 

You’ll just need to purchase LL1. Once you do this, you’ll be able to see it on the app and desktop version.

    I am a beginner to working out and my goal is to tone my entire body (not just my legs). I’m wondering if your lean legs 1 program helps with toning the entire body (arms, abs, back, legs, & glutes)? Or is there another program I should be looking into?

    1. Hey lovely, no worries let me help! All of our programs include full body exercises that will help you slim down not only your lower body, but your upper body as well. Since you mentioned you’re new to working out, I highly recommend following the Lean Legs 1 Program first since this is specifically designed for beginner to intermediate fitness level ladies.   2. Hello –

    I can’t decide between the GAL and the LL2. I do pilates, weight training, and walking and recently learned about your programs and want to give a try since I gained weight and put muscle on top so I just look a bit bigger overall and that’s not the look that I am going for. If my goal is to lose about 5-8 lbs and get toned which program is more suitable? also, do both programs include cardio? My body type is mesoporous so I need to do HITT once a week or so.

      Thanks for reaching out!

      No worries, I’m here to help – GAL is slightly more challenging than LL2 but when it comes to results, they will give you very similar results. They both consist mainly of full body workout + HITT once a week. When it comes to cardio, besides HIIT once per week, we also recommend walking 10,000 steps per day. We also don’t recommend doing other programs when following ours. If you were to add pilates and or heavy weight training on top of our program, that would be a bit too much and it would affect your results. If you want to lose weight (body fat and unwanted muscle bulk), we higly recommend sticking to just our program. It is, as I mentioned, a full body resistance program so there is no need to add other training expect for walking on top of that.

      Here’s a bit more info on both programs:

      The Lean Legs Program 2 is designed to be a continuation to the Lean Legs 1 Program and helps in optimizing the best results. It’s also an 8 week workout program. All workouts are in full length video format, done with our trainer Rachael. She does the workout with you from start to finish. There are 4 workouts per week, and all workouts are around 30 minutes long. This program is for you if you prefer shorter but more intense workouts.

      The GAL (Glutes, Abs, and Legs) Program is an 8-week video course. It is focused on slimming down your legs, toning up your abs, and lifting & firming up your booty.

      What I would recommend in your case is probably starting with LL2 and then moving to GAL after you complete LL2. :)

  3. Do you recommend walking 30-40 minutes every single day? Even on the days we do a 30-40 minute workout? Would using a stationary bike work also for this? I have many children and it is hard to fit both in but really want to lean my legs out more…just want to make sure it would be a good fit for me and doable. Thank you!

    1. Hey lovely, yes walking is the best form of cardio in slimming down and toning your legs, thighs and hips. You can incorporate this to your schedule 3-4 times a week for 30-45 minutes <3

  4. I am post-menopause, aged 58…almost 59. Does the same advice apply? I have been taught that at this stage the need for high cardio should be toned down…that it is too much and causes too much cortisol to be released. I’m a Mesomorph and this sounds so attractive to me but I am concerned the cardio will be counter-productive.

    1. Hey lovely, no worries at all! All our programs include pilates-based low intensity exercises so it’s perfect for you :) Also, for your cardio exercise, we highly recommend power walking for 30 to 45 minutes or at least aim to get 10,000 steps a day — this is to ensure that your cortisol levels won’t spike up and to avoid the risk of bulking up as well.
