It’s really difficult to target only specific areas of the body that you might be struggling with (like thighs or saddlebags for example). You can’t really “spot reduce” fat, so if you’re looking to slim and tone these problem areas, you need to be losing body fat overall.
To get the best results you need to be doing a combination of cardio and resistance training (as well as having a healthy diet!). Cardio is the best way to burn lots of calories as you’re working out. Resistance training helps you grow muscles (which might sound counterintuitive, but trust us), which are more metabolically active.
This means that you will be burning more calories throughout the day even when you aren’t working out So make sure you try this workout that will target your entire body – you’ll burn lots of calories and tone up quickly.

This all looks great for young girls but not sure if this will work for over 66 year old endomorphs with osteoarthritic knees and low back pain. I walk and lift weights is about all I can do. I did Pilates in my younger days but after menopause, osteoarthritis, osteopenia and cancer (now in remission) I stick to brisk walks which leaves me in knee pain for two days, then I walk again and rest two days due to the pain. Taking calcium with K, bone broth soup with collagen which seems to help. Lots of veggies, very low to non existent carbs and all grass fed protein sources. But again, watching some of your exercise videos, my knees and back feel the pain. Lol!
Hey lovely, we highly recommend talking to your doctor first and checking if this style of exercise is a good option for you. Also, you can try checking our workouts using the web version of the app here. <3
