The goal of pilates workouts or full-body pilates-inspired workouts is strengthening your entire body especially your core.

Here are just some benefits of Pilates:

  • Helps you with weight loss
  • Strengthens your core and muscles
  • Improves your flexibility, mobility, and posture

These types of workouts are also low to moderate resistance so they won’t exhaust you but they will provide just enough activity for you to feel the burn.

The best part is that working out like this won’t cause any unwanted bulk, so if you’re going for a lean and toned look, doing pilates and pilates-inspired workouts is a great option for you. :)

How to Do the Circuit:

  • Complete each exercise for 40 seconds, without any rest.
  • Do 2-3 rounds in total.
