This is a free 15-minute love handles workout. To do this workout, you’ll need a yoga mat and a pair of ankle weights if you want to make it a bit more challenging.
This one is always one of my most requested workouts, so I hope you like it and give it a try!
How to Do This Love Handle Workout:
- Complete each exercise for 45 seconds without any rest.
- Do all exercises on one leg first before moving to the other.
- Do 2-3 rounds

Also, remember that to reduce your love handles, you need to focus on reducing body fat overall through your diet and reducing your stress and cortisol levels (cortisol is the stress hormone and it causes fat storage on your hips!).
