In today’s workout, I’m going to show you some of my favourite moves to get a slim and cinched waist. To do this workout, you’ll need just your yoga mat and small dumbbells. But you can also do it without any equipment.
How to Do the Circuit:
- Complete each exercise for 45 seconds (on both sides, if it’s a one sided exercise).
- Try not to rest between exercises, and aim for 3 rounds.
